Ordering and delivery

FREE UK SHIPPING

All products are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3-5 days of payment being received. Orders are shipped anywhere in the UK using the Royal Mail Signed for service or by courier for bigger orders. A signature is sometimes required. There is a next-day delivery option which is charged according to weight and size available at checkout. If an undelivered parcel is taken to the Post Office and is not collected by the date stipulated on the card, the item is returned to me and you may be charged for re-posting.

Worldwide orders are shipped using a standard Airmail service. This can take 3-5 working days for European destinations and up to 7 working days outside Europe. The price for postage for international deliveries is seen at the checkout and is calculated on the size, weight and destination of your order. International customers are responsible for any custom fees, duty and Import charges that might be applied to overseas destinations incurred by my products being shipped abroad.

Please check you provide the correct postcode to guarantee delivery because any goods returned will have to be charged again for postage.

Returns

If you are not totally happy with your purchase for any reason please notify us within 7 days by email (jz@joannazenghelis.com) to arrange a refund or an exchange. Please contact us before returning an item. The item returned must be in it’s original saleable condition and returned within 14 days of being sent out. Please retain proof of postage as we can only make a refund after we have received the item. Unauthorised returns are not accepted and we do not reimburse the postage on items that are returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
